We are able to offer 2 levels of service;
Find Tenant Only – We provide fully referenced Tenants with an AST, full colour inventory, all compliance paperwork, document receipt, Right to Rent verification and Government How to Rent Guide. Tenants would then liaise with yourselves for maintenance and rent would be paid directly to you. A one-off fee of £500+VAT applies.

Full Management – All the above is provided along with deposit protection, all maintenance issues are arranged and rent collected, all Tenant issues would come directly to the office and there would be no involvement required from yourselves. We will inspect the property every 12 weeks, notify you of any damage, maintenance and repairs and provide monthly statements. We are very transparent with our fees and can confirm full management costs at the beginning of the Tenancy, which usually involves a set-up fee of £400+VAT for a new Tenancy and an ongoing Management Fee of 10%+VAT. There are no set up fees for a Transfer of Management of existing Tenancies.
